Had a great time at the Two-Bedroom Apartment! Super spacious for our family of five, comfy beds, and a kitchen stocked with essentials like tea and coffee. Only snag was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times. Would totally stay again!

The studio was cozy, but the floorboards had sharp edges that made it tricky at night.

Absolutely loved the spacious Two-Bedroom Apartment! It felt incredibly homey with beautiful decor and comfy beds, perfect for our group. The well-equipped kitchen provided everything for our stay, including plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Early check-in was a game changer after our long journey. One drawback was the inconsistent Wi-Fi. it wasn't reliable at times, which was frustrating. the rubber seal on the shower door was coming away, and there was a bit of dust in some corners that could use a little more attention. these were minor issues compared to the comfort of the apartment and the accommodating staff.

The luxury bathtubs in the apartment were a standout feature, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location was convenient, with proximity to tram services making it easy to explore the area.
I encountered several issues. The apartment's cleanliness was lacking upon arrival, with dust noticeable in various spots. There was also a loose tap in the bathroom, and the noise from external sources, particularly trams, was distracting at night. The heating took a while to warm up, making the colder evenings less comfortable. the limited kitchen supplies were frustrating for preparing meals, as the frying pan was inadequate for a flat that accommodates six. while there were bright spots, the experience fell short of expectations.

Recommend it for families wanting comfort and charm
The flat was immaculate! Our kids loved the comfy bed and the claw foot tub, it was like being in a movie set! we took a quick stroll to an amazing pub next door that served delicious food and was dog friendly too.
Though it wasn't cheap, it felt worth the price based on the experience.

we loved our stay! the bed was really comfy and the room was super cool and practical. the location was great, right on the tram line which made it easy to go around. there were plenty of cute coffee shops and bars close by. overall, would def recommend and might stay here again!
only downside was that we had trouble locking the door to our apartment. also, check-in was kinda late at 3 pm and check-out was super early at 10 am.

Stylish apartment with great amenities
I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment, especially the plush and colourful decor that made the space feel inviting! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and I loved the convenience of having tea and coffee facilities available. having another sofa or chairs in the lounge would have made it more comfortable for our group to relax together.

lovely stay but could improve cleanliness
The apartment was beautifully decorated, creating a homely atmosphere that I truly appreciated. I loved the plush decor, especially the claw foot tub in the bathroom, which added a touch of luxury. The location by the tram stop made it easy to explore the city without hassle. The city view from the apartment was a delightful bonus, perfectly framing the Edinburgh skyline.
There were noticeable dusty corners that needed attention.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by inadequate lighting and a lack of hot water, hindering relaxation after a day exploring. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, leading to an unpleasant conclusion to our stay. Book elsewhere for a true getaway experience.
